Week One

This past week has been going pretty well so far. I didn't get to meet with Kristi this week due to vehicular difficulties, but I've been keeping on track (for the most part.) I've been waking up at 4:30am to do yoga, and trying to fit in afternoon walks. I might be getting a Wii from my friend Paul who hasn't used his in a year. If I get it, I'll save my money to get a Wii fit of my own! =] I haven't drank soda in over a week which makes me feel proud of myself! The dress is still hanging up serving as a daily reminder to me of why I'm doing this.
